Use of Cookies
To make your visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after you close your browser (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow me to recognize your browser during your next visit (persistent cookies). You can configure your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies and individually decide on their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Right of Withdrawal
You (customer) can withdraw the contract declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in written form (email) or by returning the goods. The period begins after receiving this instruction in written form but not before receiving the goods and also not before fulfilling our information obligations. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner.

The withdrawal should be addressed to:
Email: office@marcotamayo.com

The return shipment should be sent to:
The return address indicated on the delivery.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received services are to be returned. If you cannot return the received goods or services or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to provide compensation.

Payment Terms
Payment for the ordered goods is made in advance or via PayPal. After the successful receipt of the outstanding amount, I will process and send the ordered goods.

Delivery of Ordered Goods
I will deliver the ordered goods to the address provided by you in the order as soon as possible. I will charge you for each delivery as indicated. Information about delivery times is non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Retention of Title
The delivered items remain my property until full payment.

Warranty and Liability
I am liable for defects present at the time of delivery within the statutory warranty period. You (customer) initially have the choice whether subsequent performance should be done by rectification or replacement delivery. However, I am entitled to refuse your chosen type of subsequent performance if it can only be carried out with disproportionate costs and the other type of subsequent performance remains without significant disadvantages for you. During subsequent performance, the reduction of the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract by you is excluded. Rectification is deemed to have failed after the unsuccessful second attempt, unless the nature of the item or defect or other circumstances indicate otherwise. If subsequent performance has failed or if I have refused subsequent performance altogether, you can, at your discretion, demand a reduction of the purchase price (reduction) or withdraw from the contract.

Claims for damages under the following conditions due to defects can only be asserted if subsequent performance has failed or I have refused subsequent performance. Your right to claim further damages under the following conditions remains unaffected.
